• In the subject line of the letter, please describe the problem in a few words so that we know right away what exactly we have to deal with;
• Do not create new queries on the same issue. Solve one problem in one discussion thread;
• Do not reply to emails with advertising or news content. You will not be able to get advice here;
• In the text of the letter describe the problem in detail, attach screenshots, indicate the time when the problem appeared;
• Use the same email address that you previously provided when registering;
• Be polite regardless of the situation. Do not use rude language or be rude to the customer service team.

Write only to the official email address of the ICCWIN support team. That way you won’t fall for scammers.

If your problem is urgent and requires an immediate solution, write to us via the online chat on the website. To do this, go to the home page, click on the button to invoke the chat, and write a message in the dialog box. An operator will then join the conversation within a few minutes and advise you.
