Excluded areas
An Internet Gambling License issued by the Curacao Gambling Commission authorizes the company to provide users with sports betting and casino gaming services. This document is valid in all countries where the jurisdiction of Curacao is approved. However, betting shops and online casinos are not allowed to operate under this license in a number of countries, including the Netherlands, Curacao, Australia, France, and the Dutch West Indies.
If you discover that a company operates in one of these countries under a Curacao license, report it to the Gambling Commission Helpdesk. But before you do so, make sure that the entity is not providing services in these territories under a related license issued in another jurisdiction.
If the violation is confirmed, the company will be penalized, up to and including termination of the license.
Relinquishment of brand ownership
The Curaçao Gaming License does not provide the Commission with ownership of the brand that received this document. We do not own any private companies, and we have no involvement in decisions made by their management. All liability for any possible actions by a licensed company, including any potential violations, lies entirely with the management of that company.
